I‘ve been around
here & there
~  nothing profound
just living & chilling
sort of nonchalantly
~   dreaming
but hopeful
for what’s next
beyond
drastically disruptive
earth change
no matter
what form it may
or may not take …..

we’ve gotta wonder
for the human-kind
to survive
we’ll need more
FREEDOM
as far as
MOBILITY  ~
especially so
the HUMAN-kind’s
ability to adapt
to the environmental
CHANGES
~  happening
around them  ~
some of HUMAN-kind
may have to fly
way up into the sky
~  dwelling on
different
type of ships
in outer space
~  traveling about
to and from
the various planets
and stars
far away from
the familiar
mother earth ship
they lived on   ~
called home
for so long

I NOW walk 3 minutes
and my oxygen level
dips below
88%
holy fuck
the danger zone  …..
at 85%
you start along
the journey of brain damage
oh my   ~
how my mind wanders
to days gone by
when I was able to walk
18 miles
like nothing
for AFSP
and my team S.O.L.E.S.

yes  ~  at times
I’ve suffered with depression
and thought about
the big “S”
as this Peace Out

who can’t do the things
he used to  …….

long-termer humans

~Peace Out~

I’m regrettably
a long-termer
Lyme disease has had
a long lasting effect
it knocked me down  …..
and fights to keep me
from getting back up
condemned it seems
forever suffering
eternal punishment
on a hellish earth
~   doin’ its
dynamically natural
thang  …..
by way of
drastically
disruptive
earth CHANGE
as if others
and me
being DAMNED
ain’t enough
that COVID thingy
had to come along  …..
WTF a pandemic   ~
where it appears
no matter if
fully vaccinated
and boosted
not vaccinated
or somewhere in between
people are still getting
“The Virus”
in differing decrees
some again and again
others suffering
the effect from it
long term  …..
jeepers creepers
some of us long-termer’s
already suffering
eternal punishment
on a hellish earth
could also
undergo additional
long-lasting pain  ~
distress and hardship
from that Covid thingy
and whatever else
the impartial forces
of drastically
disruptive
earth CHANGE
dynamically
conjures up
through
the nature gods
to cast doom
on our HUMAN future

All Aboard ~
the next spacecraft
ready to depart
our temporary spaceship
called planet EARTH
so us ~
long-termer humans
quite possibly ~ may survive …..

I
create
a body metaphor
(wearing dark clothes with a hood)
it’s my way
of utilizing Performance Art …..
acts of creativity to illustrate
and encourage the transitional
~  transformational
~  patient
~  tolerant
~  peaceful
~  healing
and intelligently progressive process
found when communicating
through a cognitively interactive
process
called OPEN DIALOGUE
a body metaphor

a less aggressive style
of art performance
that subtly reveals
how an OPEN process of DIALOGUE
could help to bring forth
out of the darkness
into the light
any suppressed predispositions
~  inhibitions
and stereotypes
those socially
embedded and inhibitive
behaviors
yep  ~  behaviors
that work against finding
any cures for societal ills
yep  ~  ills
that have a better chance
to be confronted …..
aired out and finally
be resolved by a communicative process
like OPEN DIALOGUE

WTF is that you may say
well ~ I think
the HUMAN-KIND
should take a deep breath
and chill out for a bit

what could be the harm
in that …..  I say

it is my opinion
the HUMAN-KIND
above all else
should set aside
our differences for NOW
We the People
of planet earth
as ONE
should focus on
the preservation
and survival
of our KIND

what could be the harm
in that …..  I say

not impossible  ~  it seems to me
if we all
use a form of communication
called OPEN DIALOGUE
as I’ve previously stated
about it
in my book
ALL the HUMAN-KIND ~ Not Yet !
“a manner of communication
that encourages
an environment
of free expression
and listening
without fear of reproach
a process
not so prone
to proselytizing  ~
that browbeating
laced with scorn
or seething condemnation
where We the People
~  the Human-Kind
will feel a part
of the equation …..
be more willing
to confront
and air out
those suppressed
predispositions
inhibitions
and stereotypes
that work against finding
any cures for societal ills”

not really a poet

peace out  ~  social activist
that’s me …..
not really a poet
per say
but
I use poetry
as a creative tool
to communicate
my opinions
about the cause  ~  life and stuff
’cause poetry
is the most effective form
of word imagery
I’ve found
as a writer
it engages the reader
to really think about what’s said
in a way
that makes their own
thought process
creative onto itself
about what’s written
as the late David Bohm
expressed about poetry
“as an art form”
~  having a primary function
“to give rise to a new perception,
and to action that is implicit
in this perception,
rather than to communicate
reflective knowledge
of how everything is”

hope

more value

the confession
of remorse
before the priest …..
purpose
should motivate
the soul
way more

a stern lashing
of the tongue …..
good
should heal
so much more

the acceptance
of bad
as perilously
intrinsic
to human nature …..

medical paraphernalia ~ GET VACCINATED

’cause of my conditions
~ lyme disease
~ asthma
~ a paralyzed right diaphragm
~ muscular dystrophy
I’ve become
this pack-rat
a curmudgeon ~ collecting
all sorts of
medical paraphernalia
that at times
seems like
a real
pain in my ass
and yet …..
such medical paraphernalia
sustains my life
keeps me in the game
they improve my odds
regardless of
my shortness of breath
and crappy condition

I view the Covid-19 vaccines
in the same way …..
why oh why
would anyone refuse
to take advantage of them  ~
