INDIVIDUAL {I}/me

The INDIVIDUAL {I}/me, appears/seems {a/s} to be undergoing a so-called HUMAN experience rooted inside/within {i/w}
this structure/stricture
type body
that embodies
a life mind/cognition
type ebb
and flow/process
of {I}SELF
inner/outer ~ beingness
with this type of
relationship/connection ~ network
{i/w} my {I}/personal and collective
sphere/system
of unconsciousness ~ consciousness.

My own particular {op} embodied life mind/cognition type ebb
and flow/process,
{a/s} to have these inherent types of
trait/disposition/tendency.
For instance, it {a/s} – I have this inherent
weary/old soul/spirit
with this
seeker/observer/ponderer
then rehash/reconsider
some of my
thoughts/words/creations
that have been
conceptualized into
some of my
ideas/opinions/views
and so on …..
while I also
continually want
to find/learn/know …..
and yet – I still yearn
as if ~ prodded
from my {op}
memory/data/info ~ energy
kind of soul/spirit
for/about
some
elusive/transient ~
resilient/adaptive ~
transitional/transformational
kind of emergent ~
{I}SELF ~
ebb and flow/process.
One that {a/s} – just wanting to integrate the {I}/me into the wholeness of this
authentic yet ordinary
and matured discernment
rooted/centered/stabilized
type of inner/outer ~ beingness
that becomes
more and more
life mind/cognition
ebb and flow/process
~ wise/regarding
being more
{I}SELF ~
responsible
(accountable/reliant)
over ~ time …..

In like manner, and in spite of being
on a planet/earth
that undergoes
the dynamic/complex
environmental conditions
of a subjected IMPERMANENCE
inside/within
what I refer to
in totality/WHOLE
(sphere/boundary)
as NATURE
with its predominantly
recurrent/cyclical
patterns
or WAY …..
a WAY
that appears/seems
this ebb
and flow/process
type of
SYSTEM ~ hierarchy
that includes
NATURE’S
WAY of
containment/restraint/influence
and too ~ its WAY for CHANGE
through periods of
disruption/breakdown/destruction.

The later years of my life (since 2020/Covid) have brought more into focus my experience with {FSHD1} and my overactive experience with empathy.

{FSHD1} – its process/progression has accelerated to the point of forcing me to retire early (2021). Also, in a physically expressive way – {FSHD1} has reduced my mobility and energy level to where I can no longer be a social activist performance artist as once before.

Too, at this time of energy ~ reduction/depletion; the {I}/me – had to more seriously consider the role my overactive empathy was contributing to my overall
body/mind/emotional
forms of exhaustion.
This as well has led to a deeper understanding
of how my
hypersensitive
/overfunctioning
empathy,
the cause/effect of its
overactivity …..
lent a hand to what
I call
my Abnormalities Normality
with its lows of depression
and the moments/bouts
of intuitive experience,
mostly during
my early/middle years …..

These types of challenge to the {I}/me – along with others in the later years has no doubt helped me to better …..
sense/feel/intuit ~
perceive/see/view ~
learn/know/realize
then discern
more fully about
things/matters/issues
through the lens
of my {op} type of meaning
while becoming/being
this more responsible
(accountable/reliant)
{I}SELF
as it relates to
my {op} integrated
rooted/centered/stabilized
inner/outer ~ beingness
unconscious ~ conscious
type wholeness …..
the HUMAN reality/experience
of the INDIVIDUAL {I}/me.

Of late, it {a/s} though, the {I}/me has more of a WANT to be less
overly attached/dependent to/on …..

sphere/system
of unconsciousness ~ consciousness …..
has become more
rooted/centered/stabilized,
especially,
about/for
working toward ~ the increased longevity
of my {op}
(as well as others)
survival (safety/security)
/freedom/minimalist
type structure/stricture body
that embodies
this life mind/cognition
type of ebb
and flow/process …..
a beingness/existence
with potential/possibility
not just on,
but also
under/above and beyond
the surface
of a planet/earth
{i/w} NATURE’S
totality/WHOLE
(sphere/boundary).

So, it {a/s} at the moment to the {I}/me …..
