beyond the twisted guardrail …..
symbolic of the turmoil
caused by inhibition
confused at times
as this needed safeguard
against the evils of the world
~ although
such fears …….
thought to be self-protective
……. disrupt the process
of seeing the full scope of reality ~
where limits
are placed ….
blinders become worn
like the racehorse
manipulated
around the track …… yep ~
the focus
of life is narrowed
not so unlike
the effect
upon
perspective
by trees
grown
along
the edge
of an
aque-
duct’s
green
grass
