this seems the challenge

those of US ….. lovers of DEMOCRACY
NOW the resistance for REBELLION
who want to inspire others into action
against the once was republic
that quite frankly
from the beginning
seemed destined not to become
a real DEMOCRACY
but instead ~ over ~ time
reverted back to a form
of despotism ….. and no doubt ~
many the excuse or reason
can be given for the republic’s
regression into a majority
despot/corporate type rule
empowered by some
of the super rich ~
and yet ….. it does appear
the most telling reason of all
was due to a lack of participation ~
overall ~ from WE the people
in the democratic process …..
quite telling as well
was not enough participation
in COALITION building
among differing group interests
with a mutual focus on
the attainment and preservation
of a real DEMOCRACY ~
this seems the challenge
those of US ….. lovers of DEMOCRACY
