freedom of expression
is our instrument
to be used honorably ~
balanced with values
and reason ~
nurtured from
a perspective
fortified on
an array of insights
brought forth
by the whole of humanity
and that
will help congeal
the shortsighted fervor
which possesses
the tendency
of the emotion filled
mob ~
may We
the people
never forget
that the mob’s mind
the majority ~
which may have
the support of
the people’s servant
due to inhibition
and a sanctified opinion
brought about
by an illusion ~
brainwashed
with popularity
…… shall rain down on
the people
who freely speak
the price for doing so
through tyranny
and oppression
even at times ~
administering death
