how do we survive
\nas a people
\nwhen some of our kind
\nhave seemingly
\ngone mad
\nare out of control
\nhave no boundaries
\nthey won’t cross
\nset no limits
\nas to the acts
\nof violence
\nand the carnage
\nthey are willing
\nto leave behind
\nwithout conscience
\nso to instill fear
\nwithin the minds
\nof those
\nthey’ve deemed
\nconquerable
\nand pawns for sacrifice<\/p>\n
let us the people
\nof this earth
\nwho yearn
\nfor a peaceful
\ncoexistence
\nnot become fearful
\nbut rather
\nbe willing to see
\nthe wisdom had
\nin setting aside
\nour differences
\nso to become
\nunited
\nwithin
\nthe strength
\nof our diversity
\nand then
\nthrough such
\na noble bond
\nof integrity
\nwe shall be able
\nto set limits
\nand place boundaries
