\na fortified
\nrock wall
\nyes\u00a0\u00a0 ~
\nsnug as a varmint
\nin its hole
\nlayered by stone
\nthis recurrent
\nphase locking
\npattern
\nof habitual
\ninhibitions
\nnever wanting
\nexposure
\n~\u00a0\u00a0 especially
\nto that one person
\nwho lovingly cares
\nwho would
\nlisten
\nwithout judgment
\nwho would
\nhelp to set free
\nthis burden\u2026\u00a0\u00a0 tossing it
\nup and away to
\nthe sun
\nwarmed
\nair
\nto float
\nabove the frozen hell
\nof entrapment below
\nuntil it dissipates\u2026.
\nenfolds back
\ninto the realm of ether
\nrather than being
\nleft unspoken

\na depressive disposition

\nany hope
