\nimprisoned as a piece
\nof exhibited art

\nin a tomb of days gone by
\nI’m the Mona Lisa<\/em> reborn
\nagain and again
\nas she was
\nthrough the ingenious eye
\nof da Vinci
\nnever am I finished
\nwhile the spirit of life
\nflows the breath of oxygen

\nabout a receptive mind
\nperceptively guiding the hand
\nembodied with the gift of empathy
\nboldly stroking
\nevery facet of color
\nas this unique blend of creativity
\nintermingled with
\nword and imagery …… \u00a0 etching out
\nthe total human experience
\nwith its pay your dues
\ncharacter lines
\nthe mark of a spiritual existence
\nnot only on the face
\nbut tattooed
\non\u00a0every inch of the body
\nlike the use of the tilde \u00a0 ~
\nand the dotted line …..
