\nthat embody
\nwind filled hills
\nalong a rocky
\nand gravel
\nkind of sand
\ncoastline
\nvery\u00a0similar
\nto the homeland
\neasterly
\nthe\u00a0indigenously
\nreferred to …..
\nby the idiomatic
\nacross the pond<\/em> \u00a0 ~
\nthe beauty of the eagle’s flight
\nat this particular
\nmoment
\nas reflected
\nin the shimmering
\ncool waters
\nso familiar \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 throughout
\nThanksgiving week
\nin northern New Hampshire
\na fish suddenly falls prey
\nto the forceful grip of talons
\npale yellow
\nvoid of innocence
\nwithout hardly
\na splash \u2026\u2026
\n\u2026.. \u00a0 \u00a0death
\narrives confidently
\nand then this
\nseemingly
\nfated victim
\nis lifted rudely
\nsilent of proper prayer
\nyet eerily
\nwith gracefulness
\nup into the air
\nwhere aptly
\nwhisked away
\nto a horizon
\nobscured
\nas if preordained
\nmetaphorically
\nby a misty
\nshrouded sky<\/p>\n
