\nfrom a hell-bound guilt

\nof self-acceptance
\nenhancing willpower
\nto rise above the fray
\nusing self-empathy
\nby learning
\nthrough knowing
\nself-acknowledgment

\nand self-compassion
\ncoming to self-realize
\nthat a jacked-up mind
\nalways thinking
\nnever wanting to rest
\ncyclically undergoing
\nhighs and lows

\nfrom exhaustion

\nsinking into
\nsuffering for awhile
\na depressive slump
\na certain moodiness
