lovers of DEMOCRACY
what good would it be
to take back the ground
of the once was “land of the free”
only after such a REVOLUTION
WE<\/em> lose it all again by repeating
the same old crapola from the past …..
it seems to me ~ WE<\/em> gotta change
OUR<\/em> course of action
and together formulate new STEPS
for achieving a real DEMOCRACY ~
steps to end gerrymandering
and voter suppression
~ manipulation
of the Electoral College
where it’s no longer all about
the money ~ the swing state
and a disinformation campaign
the spread of misinformation
~ WE<\/em> the people need to elect
a representative government
one that truly listens and administers
the WILL of the people
that accommodates every stripe
and color regardless of education
and economic status …..
~ WE<\/em> must come to recognize
the two party system
as inadequate and only from
coalition building
not coercion or conversion
but by consensus
will WE<\/em> lovers of DEMOCRACY
get those who don’t participate
to find reassurance that
LAW is KING and the guarantee
of equality ~ choice and rights
come from earnest participation in
the steps to a real DEMOCRACY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
