as I looked upon a lifeless form

\na bodily image framed
\ninside some fuckin\u2019 coffin
\nI see neither representation
\n~ \u00a0 nor fond memory or even
\nsignificant worth
\nof that being I’ve known
\ndeath is death \u00a0 ~\u00a0\u00a0life is life
\n~ \u00a0 dammit\u2026\u2026
\nwhere is the similarity found
\nbetween the two\u2026. \u00a0 despite
\nif apparently linked
\nthrough the evolution of Nature\u2019s
\nliving and nonliving aspects
\nwithin the arrow of time\u2026\u2026
\n~ \u00a0 whether contemplated
\nobjectively or subjectively
\nmore than likely
\nan integrated endeavor of both
\nthis dead body
\nis merely
\nthe waste product
\nof a being with value
\nthat flowed with spirit
\na lived \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 experience
\nwhich from acts\u2026.
\nthoughts\u2026. \u00a0 emotions and so forth
\ncreated physical memories<\/p>\n
yes\u2026.. \u00a0 a being\u2019s living of life \u00a0 ~<\/p>\n
is what I vehemently
\nand intentionally choose
\nto hold near and dear
\nas long as I shall breathe
\nwithin the chambers
\nof my death defiant heart
\nover the remembrance of \u2026\u2026<\/p>\n
as I look inside that fuckin\u2019 coffin
\nit is only to this lifeless form \u2026..
\nI must say \u00a0 ~ \u00a0 goodbye<\/p>\n
